
New Delhi – The number of users of the extramarital affairs app ‘Gleeden’ in India has crossed 40 lakh. The data indicates that usage is significantly higher in metropolitan cities, with 18 % users in Bengaluru, 17 % in Bhagyanagar, and 11 % in Delhi. Among the total users, 65 % are men and 35 % are women. A majority of these users are already married or involved in long-term relationships.

Over the past two years, female user participation has surged by 148 %. On average, an Indian user spends 1 to 1.5 hours daily interacting on the app. This rising trend has raised concerns about its impact on marital values and social stability.
