Spiritual Research on the Sanatan Dharma flag

The Sanatan Rashtra Shankhanad Mahotsav was organised on ‘Infinity Grounds’ at Farmagudi, Goa from 17^th to 19^th May 2025 to commemorate the 83rd Birth anniversary of Sachchidananda Parabrahman Dr. Jayant Athavale, the founder of the Sanatan Sanstha and the Silver Jubilee Year of the inception of the Sanatan Sanstha. On 18.5.2025 Sachchidananda Parabrahman Dr. Athavale hoisted the flag of Sanatan Dharma. The Maharshi Adhyatma Vishwavidyalay conducted spiritual research using a pendulum to study the spiritual effects of the flag and its hoisting, on the environment. A pendulum has the capacity to measure positive and negative energy in objects, premises and individuals. Details of this research are given further.

1. Analysis of observations from the study

To study the effect of flag hoisting on the surrounding environment photographs of the soil, water and air from around the venue of the flag hoisting were taken before and after unfurling of the flag. Before the hoisting, seekers from the Music Section of the Maharshi Adhyatma Vishwavidyalay sang the Sanatan Rashtra patriotic song. To study the consequent spiritual effects on them their photographs before and after the flag hoisting were taken. The photographs of Sachchidananda Parabrahman Gurudev before and after the hoisting were also taken. Pendulum readings of all these photographs were taken. Detailed readings of this study are given further.

1 A. Effects of flag hoisting done by a Saint on the surroundings : No negative energy was found in any component of the study. There was increase in positive energy to a large extent in all components after the flag hoisting. This will be clear from the readings given further.

1 A 1. Conclusions : The positive energy in the soil, water and air from the venue after the flag hoisting increased to a great exent. This shows how flag hoisting done by a Saint had a great impact on that environment.

1 B. Effects of singing a patriotic song of Sanatan Rashtra on the subtle energy of the singer seekers : No negative energy was traced in the seekers singing the patriotic song. After the singing concluded there was an increase in positive energy in these seekers. This will be clear from the readings given further.

1 B 1. Conclusions : After singing the patriotic song of Sanatan Rashtra, positive energy in the singer seekers increased. Thus the singing had a positive effect on the subtle energy of these seekers.

1 C. Increase in positive energy in Sachchidananda Parabrahman Dr. Athavale after His hoisting of the flag : The positive energy aura in Sachchidananda Parabrahman Gurudev before the flag hoisting was 6445 kilometres and after the flag hoisting it increased by 889 kilometres making it 7334 kilometres.

1 D. Effects on the flag pole during the Celebrations : To study the effect of the Celebrations on the flag pole its photographs were taken before and daily during the Celebrations. The positive energy readings in it are tabulated further.

1 D 1. Conclusions : Even before the Celebrations positive energy in large amounts was found in the flag pole. On the first day of Celebrations it increased to 3050 Metre. On the second day after flag hoisting it increased further. Even after the Celebrations, the positive energy was present. This shows how during the Celebrations there were positive effects on the flag pole.

1 E. Presence of positive energy in the Sanatan Dharma flag even after the Celebrations : Even before the Celebrations the flag had large amount of positive energy. After the Celebrations it continued to fly gracefully. When it was unfurled it still contained positive energy in high amounts, which is tabulated further.

2. Spiritual analysis of observations from the study

2 A. Large amounts of Divine Consciousness (Chaitanya) emanating from the Sanatan Dharma flag : On the afternoon of the second day of Celebrations (18.5.2025) Shrisatshakti (Mrs.) Binda Nilesh Singbal and Shrichitshakti (Mrs.) Anjali Mukul Gadgil worshipped the Sanatan Dharma flag. That evening Sachchidananda Parabrahman Gurudev unfurled the flag. Due to the presence of all three Gurus of Sanatan Sanstha (Sachchidananda Parabrahman Dr. Athavale, Shrisatshakti (Mrs.) Binda Nilesh Singbal and Shrichitshakti (Mrs.) Anjali Mukul Gadgil) the site of the flag hoisting was charged with Divine Consciousness. After Sachchidananda Parabrahman Dr. Athavale unfurled the Sanatan Dharma flag the Divine Consciousness in it was activated and was emitted into the surroundings charging it with immense Divine Consciousness.

2 B. Spiritual benefits in seekers singing the Sanatan Rashtra patriotic song : Seekers from the Art Section of the Maharshi Adhyatma Vishwavidyalay have made use of their art as spiritual practice for God-realisation and not merely as an art. The singer seekers harboured the spiritual emotion that ‘the opportunity to sing granted during the unfurling of the flag by Gurudev was their good fortune’ hence their gratitude unto Him generated a patriotic feeling in the attendees.The seekers too derived spiritual benefit from it.

2 C. Divine Consciousness in Sachchidananda Parabrahman Dr. Athavale was highly activated during the flag hoisting : During the flag hoisting, Divine Consciousness in Sachchidananda Parabrahman Gurudev was highly activated. The flag hoisting done by Sachchidananda Parabrahman Gurudev was sort of an indicator that the time for establishment of a Sanatan Rashtra is approaching fast.’

• Subtle: The gross, or directly visible, organs of a person are the nose, ears, eyes, tongue and skin. These five senses, beyond the mind and intellect, are called ‘subtle’. Some people who have progressed in sadhana (Spiritual practice) experience these ‘subtle’ sensations. There are references in various religious texts about the knowledge of this ‘subtle’.
