Baloch Liberation Army has Better Weapons and Systems than Pakistan Army

Defence Minister Discredits Pakistan Army in Pakistani Parliament

Islamabad (Pakistan) – The Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) has been targeting the Pakistani army in Baluchistan for the last few days. It is said that more than 200 soldiers and policemen have been killed so far. In this regard, Pakistan’s Defence Minister Khawaja Asif informed the national assembly that the BLA has better weapons and systems than the Pakistani army.

BLA has modern weapons

Defence Minister Asif stated that BLA has modern pistols which cost up to Rs 20 lakhs. Our army doesn’t have such weapons. The members of BLA have ‘Thermal weapon sights’ and ‘laser systems’ worth US $ 4000-5000. They can accurately target even at night with those devices.

Pakistani soldiers are not capable of patrolling

Asif further added that the geographical location of Baluchistan is challenging for Pakistani soldiers. It is more difficult to manage this area than to manage a big city. Pakistani soldiers are active; but they are not capable of patrolling such a large area, clarified Mr Asif.
