
New Delhi – Nitin Nabin (45 years), on Tuesday took charge as the national president of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) at the party headquarters in the national capital. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and Minister of Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari were among the senior leaders present on the occasion. Before taking charge of his office he took darshan at Delhi’s Zhendewalan Mandir, Valmiki Mandir, and the Hanuman Mandir in Connaught Place. He also went to Gurudwara Bangla Saheb to seek blessings.
Who is Nitin Nabin ?
Nitin Nabin born in Bihar’s capital Pataliputra. His father Nabin Kishore Prasad Sinha was a senior BJP leader and former MLA from Bankipur Constituency. In 2006 after the demise of his father Nitin Nabin fought a mid-term election from Bankipur and became its MLA. Till 2025 he fought 5 elections and was elected to represent his Bankipur constituency. Presently he is the minister of Public works department in Bihar. He has been a minister of Public works of Bihar in 2021 to 2022. Earlier he was the National Secretary of Baratiya Yuva Morch and also looked after the job of Party President of Bihar State.
