Brasilia (Brazil) – The Statue of Liberty collapsed in a few seconds due to strong winds in the city of Guaiba, Rio Grande do Sul state, Brazil. The video of this incident has been circulated on social media. No casualties were reported in this incident. The 24-meter-high statue was outside the Havan Megastore here. When this incident happened, the wind speed here was more than 90 km per hour. The statue had been installed in the year 2020.

Earlier, a similar statue had collapsed in Brazil in the year 2021. At that time also the winds were blowing at a speed of 80 to 90 km per hour.
