US President Donald Trump’s indirect threat

Washington (USA) – Chinese President Xi Jinping knows what the response will be if Taiwan is attacked. He did not discuss it in our meeting; because he knows the consequences, US President Donald Trump gave an indirect threat to China. He was speaking while giving an interview to a news channel.

Trump claimed that Xi Jinping had assured him that China would not take any military action to gain control of Taiwan as long as he was president.

Trump claims that China never dared to invade Taiwan during his first term because Xi feared a strong US response.
