Akola, Maharashtra – A video has been widely circulated on social media wherein the religious fanatics are seen pouring milk on the picture of Aurangzeb on the publicity board of the film ‘Tanaji’. The incident occurred at Kapad Bazar Chowk in Tilak Road area during a procession on the occasion of ‘Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi’ on September 9^th. Police investigation has revealed that this video is from Akola.

Another video has surfaced in which some fanatic Muslims are seen dancing in a procession with a picture of Aurangzeb. It has been reported that these hoardings were seen in areas like Harihar Peth and Sheetlamata Mandir Chowk in Akola city. The Police took the hoardings into their custody on the day of the procession and have started an investigation based on CCTV and the videos being circulated. The Police have warned of action against those involved and have also appealed not to circulate videos that spread rumours.
