400 scientists worked day and night during ‘Operation Sindoor’ : ISRO Chief

Bengaluru (Karnataka) – ISRO chief V. Narayanan revealed that over 400 ISRO scientists worked day and night to assist the Indian Armed Forces in ‘Operation Sindoor’. He was speaking at the 52nd National Management Convention of the All India Management Association (AIMA). Through Operation Sindoor, the Indian Army gave Pakistan a fitting reply to the Pahalgam terrorist attack. As part of this mission, the army carried out precise air strikes and destroyed several terrorist bases inside Pakistan.

Narayanan said,

1. During Operation Sindoor, all satellites were functioning smoothly, day and night.

2. More than 400 scientists worked tirelessly to provide accurate information to the defence forces, which helped the military strike precise targets.

3. At least 10 ISRO satellites operated 24/7 to ensure the safety and security of Indian citizens.
