Objection from Hindu organisations

Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh) – A video of policeman Sohail Khan hurting the religious sentiments of Hindus was circulated in the city. In this, he stood in a temple on the day of Janmashtami and played a song with the lyrics ‘Allah is the only one and none other is worthy of worship’ and made a video of it. Hindu organisations objected to this because it was causing harm to religious harmony. Hindus have condemned this incident. They demand that Ghaziabad Police take immediate action against Sohail Khan. (Why do Hindus need to make such a demand ? Why don’t the police take action against such a fanatic among their staff ? – Editor) Some Hindus filed a complaint at the Ghaziabad Police Station.
Ghaziabad Police Commissioner took immediate steps considering the seriousness of the matter. Mr Pinky Chaudhary, President of ‘Hindu Raksha Dal’, demanded strict action against Sohail Khan by tagging Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Ghaziabad Police Officer on ‘X’. Ghaziabad Police informed that they had initiated an investigation in connection with the video. They would not spare the wrongdoer.
