Chargesheet filed against YouTuber Jyoti Malhotra

Chandigarh – A chargesheet of approximately 2,500 pages has been filed in a local court against YouTuber Jyoti Malhotra from Hisar. On 16th May, she was arrested by the Special Investigation Team (SIT) of the Hisar Police on charges of espionage. The chargesheet states that there is concrete evidence proving Jyoti Malhotra’s involvement in espionage activities.

According to the chargesheet, Jyoti Malhotra had been supplying sensitive information to Pakistani agents for quite some time and was in regular contact with them.

The chargesheet also mentions her links with ISI terrorists Shakir, Hasan Ali, and Nasir Dhillon. Police sources had earlier revealed that since November 2023, she had been in contact with Ehsan-ur-Rahim alias Danish, an official of the Pakistani High Commission. On 13^th May, India deported Danish on charges of involvement in espionage.
