(Panun Kashmir stands for ‘Our Kashmir, A Hindu Kashmir’)

Jammu (J&K) – The national-level Kashmiri Hindu Convention, organised by Youth for Panun Kashmir, was held in Jammu on 13th July. This historic one-day convention concluded with the unanimous adoption of the ‘Jammu Declaration’, which demands the formation of a Union Territory named Panun Kashmir by 19th January 2026, and urges the Government of India to take decisive action. It was firmly stated that the creation of Panun Kashmir would be the first step toward establishing a Hindu Rashtra. This is the first major convention of Kashmiri Hindus since the abrogation of Article 370 in 2019.

Powerful messages from the Convention
1. Delivering justice to Kashmiri Hindus, the first victims of Islamic terrorism, will form the foundation of the future Hindu Rashtra.
2. A separate Union Territory named Panun Kashmir must be carved out from the current Kashmir Valley. The Hindu Rashtra must arise fearlessly, decisively, and irrevocably.
3. Jammu has endured decades of injustice and political oppression, and its Hindu population is shrinking. Legal and administrative protection should be enshrined in the Indian Constitution to preserve Jammu’s identity, rights, and development.
Editorial PerspectiveRehabilitating Kashmiri Hindus sends a strong message that Hindus can survive and thrive even in regions like Bengal and Kerala. Otherwise, just like Kashmir, these states too may slip out of Hindu hands – and India’s – within a few decades. It’s time to accept this harsh truth. |
