Government conducting in-depth investigation into infiltration through ‘Samvidhan Samata Dindi’ in the Wari : DCM Eknath Shinde

Pandharpur (Maharashtra) – ‘The Maharashtra Government is seriously investigating the suspicious infiltration taking place during the Pandharpur Wari under the guise of the ‘Samvidhan Samata Dindi’, as well as the possible links of certain groups to urban Naxal elements’, Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde said.

The statement was made during his inspection visit to Pandharpur, during which he was handed a formal appeal regarding the issue.

Also present on the occasion were : Water Resources Minister Girish Mahajan, State President of Shiv Sena’s Spiritual Wing H.B.P. Akshay Maharaj Bhosale, H.B.P. Vishnu Maharaj Limbodikar, Sunil Ghanwat, Maharashtra and Chhattisgarh State Organiser of the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, and Vineet Patil.
