Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar

Islamabad (Pakistan) – “We had spoken to Shahbaz Sharif, who ordered the army to be ready with the line of action. We were preparing to retaliate on 6th -7th May night. However, at that time, India attacked us again and destroyed the airbase of Noor Khan and Shorkot. For the first time Pakistani Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar admitted to Indian attack while speaking to Geo news channel. Prior to this, Pakistan and their Army had rejected the news of Indian attack.

Ishaq Dar added, “After the attack on 6th and 7th May, in 45 minutes, there was a phone call from Salman, the Prince of Saudi Arabia, and he offered to speak with the Indian External Affairs Minister to request him for ceasefire as Pakistan was willing. After my consent the prince spoke with Jaishankar and informed me.”
