On the occasion of its 77th year of journey, the multilingual news organization ‘Hindustan Samachar’ has been honored with the ‘Devarshi Narad Patrakar Samman’ award

Mumbai – The nature of journalism has changed in today’s times. The reflection of the lives of the grassroots people is seen in today’s journalism, which is a hopeful picture, said Anant Goenka, Executive Director of The Indian Express Group.
He was speaking at the silver jubilee ‘Devarshi Narad Patrakar Samman Sohla – 2025’ program organized by Vishwa Samvad Kendra, Mumbai. This program was held at the ‘National Stock Exchange’ auditorium in BKC, Mumbai. On this occasion, the Hindustan Samachar multilingual news agency was honored with a special award in the ‘Devarshi Narad Patrakar Samman Puraskar’ category on the occasion of its 77 years of journey. The award was accepted by Mumbai (Maharashtra) Bureau Chief Sudhanshu Joshi on behalf of the organization.

On this occasion, Sudhir Joglekar, head of Vishwa Samvad Kendra, Rajabhau Mule, senior official of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, Ganesh Nibe of Nibe Ordnance and Maritime Limited, Rashesh Shah, chairman of Edelweiss Group, and Milind Deora, MP from Shiv Sena in the Rajya Sabha, were present on the stage. On this occasion, the organization ‘Mumbai Samachar’, which has been working in the field of journalism for more than two decades, was honored with the Best Journalism Award, as well as Sameer Karve (Print Media), Sandeep Ramdasi (Electronic Media), Shailesh Gaikwad (Social Media), Ashwini Mayekar, Editor of the Weekly ‘Vivek’, for special achievements in journalism, in addition to these, Jai Gagan for ‘YouTube’, Mriga Vartak for Facebook, Sunita Pawaskar and Amol Jamdare for Instagram, and Suraj Chougule for the Best Student in Journalism.
