Hoshiyarpur (Punjab) –  The chief of the Sikhs for Justice, a terrorist organisation, Gurpatwant singh Pannun has claimed the responsibility for the vandalised statue of Ambedkar in Noorpur Jattan village. Targetting Ambedkar statue is the second incident within eight days. The earlier incident of this kind had taken place in Fillore, Phagwada. Pannun has circulated a video of this incident. A Khalistani flag was also placed near the statue, provocative slogans, ‘Sikhs are not Hindus’ and ‘Victory to Trump’  were raised.

Speaking about the incident Pannun has said, “Ambedkar’s Constitution had allowed ‘Operation Woodrose’ in the period of June to September 1984, under the leadership of General Jamwal. Consequently more than 15,000 Sikhs were killed within 90 days without trial.

Editorial Perspective

Gurpatwant Singh Pannun carries out such activities in India from the US and Canada. Point to be noticed is that both these countries do not act against him and do not hand him over to India. The US is not India’s friend. It is a treacherous and cunning country.
