Ponda, May 21 – As part of the Sanatan Rashtra Shankhnaad Mahotsav, a Shatchandi Yajna was performed on May 21 for the victory of India in war and for the protection of soldiers and those engaged in Dharmaseva. The Yajna, which commenced on May 20, concluded with deep devotion and spiritual fervour.

Sanatan’s Saints and seekers offered heartfelt prayers at the feet of Shri Durgadevi for the successful completion of the Yajna. This was followed by the offering of the final oblation (Purnahuti).

Sadguru Nilesh Singbal and spiritual successor of Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Jayant Balaji Athavale – Shrisatshakti (Mrs) Binda Nilesh Singbal, as well as Sadguru Dr Mukul Gadgil and spiritual successor of Shrichitshakti (Mrs) Anjali Mukul Gadgil, were the chief hosts of the Yajna.

On May 21, religious rituals such as Adyahom, Saptashati Parayan, Kanya Pujan, Suvasini Pujan, Brahmachari Pujan, Couple Pujan, and Cow Worship were performed. The Yajna culminated with Purnahuti, after which sanctified prasadam was distributed to attendees. The rituals were conducted in two sessions — morning and afternoon.

A total of 100 paaths (recitations) of the Chandi Path were chanted, with 10 of these accompanied by havan (fire offerings). One paath was offered as tarpan (libation) and another as marjan (purification).

Religious rites were carried out by 35 priests, including Shri Gurumurti Shivacharya and Shri Arunkumar Gurumurti from Tamil Nadu. While the Yajna was underway, attending seekers engaged in heartfelt chanting and prayer to the Divine Mother. The power of the mantras created a highly energized and spiritually uplifting atmosphere across the entire area.

Yajna held with the guidance of Deities, Sages, Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Jayant Balaji Athavale, Saints in the adverse times !

As per spiritual science, the year 2025 is a period of calamity (Apatkal). Regardless of human planning, events unfold according to God’s divine plan. Natural disasters such as great floods may occur during this time. Therefore, a protective spiritual shield is necessary around soldiers, seekers performing sadhana across India and abroad, and Dharma-loving individuals.

This Shatchandi Yajna was performed under the divine instructions of Deities, Sages, Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Jayant Balaji Athavale, and Saints. The objective was to invoke the Divine Mother to form a protective sheath not just around the bodies, but also around the minds, intellects, and subtle bodies of soldiers, seekers, and Dharma devotees. Fervent prayers were offered at the feet of Adishakti for Her continuous grace and blessings upon all.
