Supreme Court Order !

New Delhi – As per the Supreme Court’s order, if Rohingya refugees present in India are found to be foreigners under Indian law, they should be deported. The court said that the identity cards issued by the relevant United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees cannot be useful to the refugees entering the country. The court gave this order while hearing petitions related to the living conditions of Rohingyas in the country and demanding their deportation.
