Chikkamagaluru (Karnataka) – Shri Vidhusekhar Bharti Swamiji, the successor of Sringeri Sharada Peetham in Chikkamagaluru district of Karnataka, has condemned the terrorist attack in Pahalgam in Jammu and Kashmir. The Swamiji recently announced here that the families of the 26 people who died in the attack will be given ₹2 lakh each in the form of prasad by the Sringeri Math.

While giving guidance on the occasion of Akshaya Tritiya, Swamiji said that 26 families have lost their loved ones in the terrorist attack. The families of the deceased are in grief. Hindus should stand with Hindus; that is why we are giving ₹2 lakh as prasad to each family on behalf of Sringeri Sharada Peetham. The administrators of the Math will deliver this assistance to the concerned families.
