Bengaluru (Karnataka)– Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has come under fire after his remarks on the Pahalgam terrorist attack surfaced, where he described the incident as a ‘major failure of India’s security agencies’ and held the Government responsible. He further said, ‘There is no need to create a war-like situation with Pakistan over this matter’.
🇮🇳 Treasonous? Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah’s call for "no war with Pakistan" is now being used as Pakistan’s propaganda! 📢

Pakistani media amplifies Siddaramaiah’s statement

Pakistan’s prominent news channel, Geo TV, aired a video clip of Siddaramaiah’s comments, using it to suggest that ‘the Pahalgam incident reflects India’s internal security failure, and Pakistan is being unnecessarily blamed’.
Senior BJP leader Amit Malviya posted the video on X (formerly Twitter), criticising the Congress party for defending Pakistan. He said, ‘Congress has once again stepped forward to shield Pakistan. Siddaramaiah’s remarks are now being used by Pakistani media to argue that India should focus on internal issues instead of confronting Pakistan. Siddaramaiah remains in power due to Muslim votes, while terrorists are brutally killing Indian Hindus’.
