Patliputra (Bihar) – In a shocking case from Lakhisarai, Bihar, a man identified as Kamal Ashraf has been accused of sexually abusing a Hindu girl over a period of 14 years. According to the complaint filed by the victim, the case has revealed several disturbing details.

The victim said that Kamal Ashraf once stated that “it is the hobby of ‘those people’ (referring to Muslims) to deceive Hindu girls, treat them as objects for pleasure, and never intend to marry them.”

1. In 2012, when the victim was 16 years old, Ashraf, who introduced himself as Sumit from Rajasthan, lured her and abducted her. He then sexually abused her.

2. Ashraf then coerced her into appearing in court to provide false testimony claiming they were married, though no actual marriage took place. A few months later, the victim gave birth to a son. It was around this time that Ashraf began pressuring her to convert to Islam, and she discovered that ‘Sumit’ was in fact Kamal Ashraf.

3. Ashraf refused to marry her unless she converted to Islam. He reportedly discarded her religious idols, and when she resisted conversion, he forced her to consume beef and continued to pressure her to convert.

4. Ashraf then pressured the victim to engage in sexual relations with another man, Ibrahim Ahmed. When she refused, both men reportedly assaulted her and attempted to cause injury to her private parts.

5. According to the complaint, Ibrahim Ahmed told the victim that if she agreed to have sexual relations with him, Ashraf would agree to marry her.

6. The victim eventually managed to escape to a relative’s home, where she filed a formal complaint with the police.
