Harapanahalli (Karnataka) – Muslim leaders presented the Holy Quran to the Swamiji of Panchaganadheeshwar Kolshanteshwar Muth in Harapanahalli in Vijayanagara District of Karnatakaand wished him a happy Gudhi Padwa. Maulana Maksun Umri of Mangaluru said, “The Holy Quran guides how a person should live his life. No one more important than the other. It creates the feeling that we are all one.”
At this time, Swamiji said, “God is one, only His names are different. There are various sub-sects in the Muslim community too; but all of them read the Quran. The discipline and fasting during the month of Ramzan have special importance.”
