Muslim Youth molests daughter of Hindu organisation leader in Varanasi (Uttar Pradesh)

Varanasi – A disturbing incident took place recently in Ambiya Mandi, Varanasi, where a Muslim youth molested the daughter of a Hindu organisation leader. As soon as the Muslim youth harassed the girl, she cried out for help. Hearing her screams, her family members rushed to the spot. They were preparing to take the accused to the police station when suddenly, around 100 Muslim youths gathered and launched a deadly attack on the Hindus, managing to free the accused. As the Muslim mob rescued the accused and took him away, tension gripped the entire Ambiya Mandi (Kotwali) area.

Key Developments in the Case:

1. Based on the complaint of the victim’s father, Kotwali Police have registered a case against Guddu, Rizwan, and other unidentified individuals under sections related to molestation, assault, and other offenses.

2. Meanwhile, a separate FIR has been filed based on the complaint of Rahul Prajapati, who was injured in the violent attack by the Muslim mob. A case has been registered against Bilal, Salim, Rizwan, and 100 unidentified individuals under sections related to attempted murder, rioting, and issuing threats. Later that night, Police arrested Ejaz Ahmed, Gulzar, Hashim, and Mohammad from the Ambiya Mandi area.

3. Deputy Police Commissioner Gaurav Bansal has stated that the main accused and other culprits are still being traced. Following this shocking incident, the situation in Ambiya Mandi remains highly tense.
