13 people killed in a terror attack in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan

Peshawar (Pakistan) – 13 people were killed in 2 bomb blasts in Bannu Cantonment, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan, and 32 injured. According to ‘Associated Press’, an international news report, there was an encounter between security forces and terrorists, after an attack on 4thMarch. Pakistani newspaper, ‘Dawn’ reports that ‘Fitna Al Khwarij,’ a terrorist group was behind the attack.

1.Terrorists attacked ‘Bannu Cantonment’, a security cardon at the military base, after the Ramzan Iftar. Children are included among the dead.

2.Before this, on 3rdMarch, a woman suicide bomber had attacked Balochistan Province. A soldier was killed in that attack. The Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif reacted calling it as a “cowardly attack on the citizens partaking Ramzan feast”.

3.All the 16 terrorists were killed in an encounter with the security forces, while 5 soldiers were also killed. In retaliation to the terror attack Pakistani security forces killed all the 16 terrorists. 4 suicide bombers were also included among them. During the same attack 5 Pakistani soldiers were also killed.
