  • The Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Police avoid to register a case

  • The registration of a case occurred after the “Thiyya Movement” by Hindu youth

Soigaon (District Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar) – Afroz Nazir Pathan, a young man from Bahulkheda in Soigaon taluka, shared an offensive video on Instagram that defamed Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj while praising Aurangzeb. A case has been filed against him in connection with the video. The Shiv Bhakts took a strong stance, declaring that there would be no retreat until a case was registered against the accused. In response, the police have now taken an action.

1. A significant number of Hindu youths joined the movement at this time.

2. A group of Muslim youths in Bahulkheda supported the accused.

3. Swords and rods were observed in the hands of Muslim youths who were part of the group supporting the accused.(These radicals, who trample on democracy and act like a lawless mob, are a clear sign that people who repeatedly take the law into their own hands have no respect for it. Criminal charges should be brought against the fanatics who marched with swords. – Editor)

4. This time the police dispersed the crowd using mild force and brought the situation under control.

5. At Soigaon police station, the authorities initially refrained from registering the case without hearing the concerns of the gathered Hindu youths. This led to a Thiyya Movement.(Is the administration supporting the criminal ? Why should Hindus have to protest in order to register a case against those who offend their religious beliefs ? – Editor)

Strict legal action is necessary against the accused of social disturbance! – RajubhauPhuse, Agitator

Our role model is Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, while Aurangzeb remains our enemy. No patriotic Indian can stand the glorification of Aurangzeb. Therefore, stringent action must be taken against such troublemakers to prevent further discord and ensure the maintenance of peace and order in society.

No consequences for fanatics walking on the streets with swords !

Some Muslim fanatics took to the streets in support of Afroz. Some of them were seen holding rods, as well as swords. Police have not taken any action against them yet. (This incident raises the question: Are fanatics being permitted by the police administration to walk the streets with swords ? – Editor)

Editorial Perspective

Isn’t it shameful that in a state with a pro-Hindu government, and the district named after Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, the police have not taken action against the person who tarnished his image ?
