Among those arrested, 10 are minors, as per police reports. (It should also be investigated whether these minors were studying in Madarasas. – Editor)

Bajrang Dal members incited the riots ! – Hameed Engineer

Nagpur riots

Before his arrest, Hameed Engineer, while speaking to a news channel regarding the earlier arrest of the party’s city president, Faheem Khan, claimed that his party had no involvement in the riots. He stated, “At around 7:30 PM, Bajrang Dal members, with their faces covered by masks, started pelting stones, which led to the violence.” (The pot calling the kettle black ! Despite clear evidence that the riots were instigated by Muslims and the party’s city president being arrested as a key conspirator, Hameed Engineer continues to deny any involvement. Given these circumstances, strict action should be taken against him, and there should be consideration of banning his party.” – Editor)

Editorial Perspective

The Union government should ban such parties that are involved in riots. Hindus should not have to demand it.
