By 2060, the population of Muslims will increase by 70% and cross 300 crore; therefore, Muslims will be the largest religious community in the world by 2060. Hindu population will be 77% by 2050 in India

In 2011, the population of Hindus was a little above 80% in India. Later in 40 years, it will reduce by 3%. It means Hindu population is decreasing by 1% every decade. If its rate goes up, in the coming 500 years, Hindus will become extinct. India should, therefore, be declared a Hindu Rashtra to prevent extinction of Hindus.

India and Nepal will remain as countries with a majority Hindu population. In 2010, Hindus were 80% of the total population of India and till 2050, they will be the majority population. Hindus will be 77% of the total population of India. By 2050, India’s population will be 18% of the world population while Hindu population will be 15%. In the next 25 years, Hindu population will grow from 100 to 140 crore as per this study.
