28-year-old Hindu man Sudev Halder strangled to death

Cox’s Bazar (Bangladesh) – Sudev Haldar, a 28-year-old Hindu youth, was murdered by slitting his throat. His body was found lying on the road. Sudev was murdered because he was a Hindu. The incident took place in the Rampur Jorapol area.

Sudev Haldar used to run a mobile phone shop in Bawkathi Market. Police said that Sudev was returning home after closing the shop when unidentified assailants slit his throat. Locals and his family members found Sudev’s decomposed body in a field 1 km from his house. Sudev’s father Subodh Haldar said, “My son had no enmity with anyone. I don’t understand who killed my son and why. I want the Police to reveal the truth and take action against the killers.”

In another incident, a minor girl was gang-raped by 8 to 10 people. After this, she was left on the road. It has been alleged that the rapists had links with Jamaat-e-Islami.

Bangabandhu Prakasholi Parishad Secretary Sushant Dasgupta said, “There are murders happening every day somewhere in Bangladesh. We believe that Sudev was killed because he was a Hindu. By killing Hindus in this way, the message is being given that Bangladesh does not belong to Hindus.They were killed to scare Hindus so that they would leave Bangladesh.”

It seems that no one can stop the genocide of Hindus in Bangladesh. This is shameful for Hindus all over the world.
