Excavation of an Ancient Well Outside a Shiva Temple in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh

Well Covered by Muslims as Hindus Became a Minority in the Area

Moradabad (Uttar Pradesh) – An ancient well located outside a Shiva temple in Moradabad is being excavated by authorities. Previously, Hindus were the majority in this region, but as they migrated, Muslims reportedly covered the well. Following complaints from the Hindu community, the excavation began under the orders of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate. After four hours of digging, the well was discovered.

Police officer Vinod Kumar stated that the situation in the village remains completely peaceful, with no disputes arising from the excavation.

Editorial Perspective

A comprehensive investigation must uncover how many such Hindu structures have been taken over or destroyed by Muslims. This will bring to light the losses suffered by Hindus due to the misguided secularism and self-destructive Gandhian ideals of communal harmony. Real secularism and a stronger democracy can emerge through truthful historical accounts.
