The State Govt will return the farmers and the Devasthans the land forcibly grabbed by the Waqf Board

Mumbai –After the Waqf Amendment Bill is passed in the Parliament, and seeing the provisions given there; we will return the land forcibly grabbed from Hindu farmers and Temples, similarly land taken from the Muslims in this manner will also be returned to them. This was declared by the State Revenue Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule.

Editorial Perspective

Thousands of acres of land belonging to the Hindu Temple in the State have been encroached. Devout Hindus feel that the government should find and free that land from encroachment and return it to the Temples.
