Amritsar (Punjab) – The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has arrested Jatinder Singh, also known as Jyoti, a Khalistani terrorist, from Mumbai. He is an associate of Khalistani terrorist Lakhbir Singh, alias Landa, and gangster Bachittar Singh, alias Pavitra Batala.
Jatinder had been on the run since July 2024 after the arrest of arms smuggler Baljit Singh, alias Rana Bhai. He is a member of the overseas terror group established by Landa under the Khalistani terrorist organization ‘Babbar Khalsa International.’ He is also closely associated with Batala, a key aide of Landa.
Investigations revealed that Jatinder procured 10 pistols from Madhya Pradesh and supplied them to terrorists in Punjab’s Landa and Batala regions.
