Bangladesh Chief’s advisor posts map of Bangladesh with Bengal, Assam and Tripura as parts of Bangladesh

Dhaka (Bangladesh) – Mahfooz Alam, an advisor to Bangladesh’s interim Government chief Muhammad Yunus, posted an incorrect map on Facebook on the occasion of Bangladesh’s Formation Day on December 16th. He also wrote a caption. Mahfooz Alam showed parts of Bengal, Tripura and Assam as parts of Bangladesh. After receiving criticism for this, he deleted the map and caption.

While posting the map, Mahfooz Alam wrote, “We must remember that Pakistan and Bengal (including Bangladesh) in South Asia are the land of Muslims, while India is the land of Brahminical Hindus.”

Editorial Perspective

Gradually the mentality of the Bangladeshis is coming to the fore. They now want to swallow India, their creator. India needs to teach such ungrateful people a lesson as soon as possible. Otherwise, what Pakistan did to India, Bangladesh may repeat the same in future.
