Hindus also involved in cow smuggling
Barabanki (UP) – Following an encounter, Police have arrested seven Muslim cow smugglers who were disguising themselves as Hindu cow protectors to smuggle cows. These individuals, pretending to be Hindu cow protectors, transported cows for slaughter while wearing saffron scarves around their necks and applying Tilak on their foreheads. All seven have prior criminal records. Police also discovered that a few Hindus were involved in cow smuggling, leading to their arrest as well. These Muslim cow smugglers captured cows from nearby areas and slaughtered them, all while disguising themselves as cow protectors. Umar, their leader, also pretended to be a cow protector by carrying a Trishul and applying Tilak on his forehead. If questioned, he would claim to be a cow protector.
Hindus also involved in cow smuggling
In Uttar Pradesh’s Muzaffarnagar District alone, Hindus account for around 15% of those charged under the anti-cow slaughter law. Between January and November this year, 27 cases were registered under this law, with Hindus being accused in four of them. These Hindus were found involved in transporting beef, moving live cows between locations, and engaging in the buying and selling of cows.
Lack of education of Dharma is leading to Hindu involvement in cow smuggling : Mahamandaleshwar Swami Vedmurtinand Saraswati
Mahamandaleshwar Swami Vedmurtinand Saraswati of the Niranjani Akhada expressed concern that, “Hindu parents are distancing their children from traditional values in the name of modernity. Over time, the kids are getting involved in sins such as cow slaughter because their parents never taught them about religion, cow, Ganga, and Gita etc. The increasing number of Hindus involved in cow slaughter and cow smuggling is worrying, and a comprehensive discussion with Saints at the upcoming Prayagraj Mahakumbh will seek solutions to this issue.”
Hindus used as pawns in cow smuggling : MLA T. Raja Singh
T. Raja Singh, a BJP MLA from Hyderabad, remarked that Muslim extremists are at the root of cow slaughter incidents. However, they lure impoverished Hindus with money and use them as shields. Hindus who do not know the importance of cows and are very poor are being used in cow smuggling. The truck drivers and cleaners used in smuggling as well as the labourers are Hindus. This is a ploy adopted by Muslim smugglers to avoid assaults, etc. when they are caught. No Hindu justifies cow slaughter, they consider the cow as their mother and consider the one who slaughters it as an enemy of Dharma. The intentions of those who are conspiring to point fingers at the entire Hindu community by making some Hindus as pawns will not be fulfilled.
Minor Hindus brainwashed for cow smuggling
A Police officer unveiled that cow killers are brainwashing minor Hindu children and getting them to commit crimes like cow smuggling for just Rs 200 to 500. These minors are paid Rs 200 to 300 daily to roam various areas. They were instructed to tether any helpless cow to a tree and call someone right away. The cow smugglers would then tie the cows, load them into their trucks and drive far away to kill them.
Editorial PerspectiveClever tactics by religious fanatic Muslims. If laws begin enforcing the death penalty for cow smugglers, the practice could be eradicated entirely in a short time. |
