Three Hindu temples attacked in Bangladesh

Chittagong (Bangladesh) – Muslim fanatics targeted 3 Hindu temples here on November 26 in the backdrop of ongoing Muslim fanatic violence in Bangladesh following the arrest of Chinmoy Prabhu. These included Loknath Temple in Firangi Bazar, Shri Mansamata Temple and Shri Kalimata Temple in Hazari Lane.

Fanatics chanting ‘Allahu Akbar’ (‘Allah is great’) were involved in the attack. This time they also set fire to many houses in the Dalit colony. Earlier he had also threatened the Hindus in the area to close the shops. According to local Hindus, the fanatical Muslims were associated with the ‘Islami Jamaat’ and the Bangladesh National Party.
