Demand to declare Indigenous Cow as Rashtramata

Mathura (UP) – 6 resolutions were passed in a Dharma Sansad, in Vrindavan, Dist, Mathura. The saints have asked the government to accede to their demands at the earliest. The most important demand is to declare indigenous cow as Rashtramata. In the inaugural speech of the Dharma Sansad at the auditorium of ‘Srikrushna Sadhak Trust’, the vice-president of the ‘Akhil Bhartiya Brahman Mahasabha’, Bihari Lal Vasishtha said that the entire Brajmandal must be declared as Teertha Kshetra. Ban the sale of eggs, meat and liquor in the premises.

Saint Swami Rameshanand Giri has proposed that the Union government should immediately implement laws regarding National Register of Citizens, Uniform Education, Population control, Love Jihad control etc.

Jagan Das Rathod who was a participant at the Dharma Sansad has demanded the removal of Shahi Eidgah and Meena Mosque from the premises of Shrikrushna Janmabhoomi, ban on the daily namaz at the site and a survey of the Shahi Eidgah (built on the Shrikrushna Janmabhoomi), as soon as possible.

Acharya Balram Das demanded that the indigenous cow should be declared as Rashtramata, or, at least, following the example of Maharashtra, declare the cow as Rajyamata.

Dinesh Sharma, president of ‘Shrikrishna Janmabhoomi Mukti Nyas,’ said, ‘all these proposals will be sent to the State Government and the Union Government, with the demand to implement them in the earliest.

Editorial Perspective

In reality, the Dharma Sansad, the Saints and Dharmaguru who participated, should not be in a situation where they have to make such demand, the government should implement it on its own.
