Indore (Madhya Pradesh) – A 9-year-old girl was bursting crackers on 1stNovember in Chhatripura area here. As she burst firecrackers, religious fanatical Muslims started an argument over it. The dispute turned into stone pelting and arson. The rioters threw stones at 12 vehicles and smashed car windows, while five vehicles were set on fire.
1. The girl’s family has alleged that religious fanatical Muslims started the dispute over the small matter of bursting firecrackers. They tried to forcefully enter the house. They abused the pregnant woman of the house.

2. The Police came after some time after the argument started. As the Police failed to control the riots, they called for more reinforcements from the nearby police stations. Until then, religious fanatical Muslims were vandalising and burning vehicles right in front of the Police.
3. Police Commissioner Hrishikesh Meena said that strict action will be taken against the rioters.
4. Additional Commissioner of Police Amit Singh also reached the spot. He appealed to all citizens to maintain peace. He also urged children to burst crackers.
