Washington (USA) – “Is it appropriate for North Korean soldiers to enter Ukraine in support of Russia ? Pyongyang’s forces entering Ukraine in support of Russia will surely return in body bags. I would advise Chairman Kim to think twice about engaging in such reckless and dangerous behaviour,” warned Robert Wood, the US Deputy Ambassador to the United Nations Security Council.

US Defence Secretary Lloyd Austin stated that North Korea’s support for Russia in the Ukraine war would intensify the conflict. This 2.5-years-long war would gain further momentum. Approximately 10,000 North Korean soldiers are already stationed in eastern Russia, armed with Russian weapons.
