He appealed to the Police that those who attacked the Temple must be eliminated. He added, the Temple has a history of thousands of years. Bhagwan Parshuram had worshipped at this place and so did the Pandavas during Mahabharat Times. The Mahant lost his temper due to attacks on Hindus in so many places including Bangladesh and might have passed an objectionable remark. Lodge a complaint against him, the Police will act. A country is run by the Law and the Constitution. On the night of 4^thOctober, the attack was not only on the Temple, but it was also an attack on Sanatan Dharma. The Police must teach them a lesson. The attackers were outsiders and that has caused distress among the Hindus who come to worship here. We are with the decision of Hindu Organisation in this matter.
