Kolhapur, Maharashtra – Congress MLA Satej Patil, Congress MP Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj and their colleagues met the Muslim villagers whose houses were stone-pelted in Gajapur on 16th July. The Muslims here were consoled on behalf of the INDI Alliance. When the people of the Muslim community were interacting with Shahu Maharaj and his colleagues, a Muslim said, ‘Those who came to the fort yesterday, were they terrorists or Shivpremi ( Chhatrapati Shri Shivaji Maharaj’s followers) ? This question was asked twice ! In fact, by asking this question, that person insulted all Shivpremis. BJP MLA Nitesh Rane has tweeted a video in this context and said ‘Are Shivpremi terrorists ? And they are ok with Yasin Bhatkal.’
