Ramnathi (Goa) – ‘Chandi Yaag’ was performed from 28th to 30th May 2024, on the occasion of the 82nd birthday of Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale in Sanatan ashram. Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale’s spiritual successors Shrisatshakti (Mrs) Binda Nilesh Singbal, Shrichitshakti (Mrs) Anjali Mukul Gadgil and Sanatan’s Saints graced the occasion with their auspicious presence. According to the Hindu calendar, Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale’s birthday was on 30th May 2024.

On the first day of the ‘Yaag’, i.e. on 28th May 2024, the priests from Sanatan’s Purohit Pathashala offered oblations into the Holy Fire consisting of ‘Payasam’ made with ‘Dashadravya’. The ‘Yaag’ was performed for a long life of Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale, to avoid ‘Mahamrutyuyoga’ in his horoscope, so also, for removal of physical, mental and spiritual distress of seekers and establishment of Hindu Rashtra at the earliest.
