Divine events recognised by the Pope alone to be considered miracles : New Vatican guidelines

Vatican City – Guidelines have been circulated in Vatican City regarding Divine miracles. Fraud and false stories can be curbed through this. Now only those Divine events which are recognised by the Pope, will be considered miracles.

1. According to the guidelines, first, the Church Pastors will investigate all the claims. In this period, they can reject the claims. They can even prohibit the worship of any miraculous object or place.

2. The Pastor will also investigate whether Divine manifestation is meant to make money. The evidence and details of the investigation will be sent to the Pope, who will then, decide whether it was a miracle or not.

3. Vatican City fears that AI and social media can be misused to spread false information about Divine miracles.
