4-year-old injured boy dies in Patna (Bihar) as the headmistress throws him in a drain

Patna (Bihar) – The Police have arrested the headmistress and her son, who is also the director of the school, in connection with the murder of 4-year-old Ayush, a nursery student at ‘Tiny Tot Academy’ here.

During Police interrogation, headmistress Veena Jha alias Putul Jha said that Ayush fell down while playing in the school and became unconscious. His head was injured. The headmistress said, ” We were scared. I told this to my son Dhanraj Jha (age-21). We both first wiped the blood stains and then threw Ayush in a drain. We thought no one would know anything.” The next day Ayush’s body was found floating in the school drain.

The accused have accepted the responsibility of the crime : Police

City Superintendent of Police Chandra Prakash said that Ayush was injured while playing. Both the headmistress and her son panicked when the heavy bleeding started. They did not take the child to the hospital but threw him in a drain. This was the cause of his death. Both have admitted their involvement in the crime.

Mob sets the school on fire

After the body was found, angry mob ransacked the school grounds and set the building on fire. Angry family members blocked the Danapur-Gandhi maidan main road, keeping the boy’s dead body on the road. Tyres were also burnt on the road.

Will a headmistress with such violent attitude, ever be able to teach virtues and manners to the students ? Strict action should be taken against such people.
