Sandip Guruji and a few Saints reached Hubballi to meet Neha Hiremath’s parents after her killing. They tried to console the parents before organising the protest march. Similar marches and lectures were also held at Davanagere and other places in Karnataka trying to create awareness amongst Hindus, besides creating pressure on the Government. Due to Hindus’ collective pressure, the Government ordered the case to be tried in a fast-track Court. The Karnataka Government will be forced to hand over the case to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for further inquiry. Sandip Guruji and other devout Hindu activists demanded the handing over of Neha’s case to the CBI.
