The National Investigation Agency (NIA) will seek prosecution sanction against suspended J&K DSP Davinder Singh and four others under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act for allegedly aiding and abetting Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) militants for planning terror attacks in Delhi and other parts of the country.
