Pak should focus on stopping terror factories instead of lecturing India : India slams Pak in the UN

Deputy Chairman of Rajya Sabha Harivansh

Geneva (Switzerland) – Rajya Sabha Deputy Speaker Harivansh, representing India during a meeting of the ‘Parliamentary Union’ at the United Nations office here, rebuked Pakistan saying that instead of lecturing India, Pakistan should shut down the terrorist factories which carry out terrorist attacks in Jammu and Kashmir. Apart from this, Harivansh reiterated that ‘Jammu and Kashmir is and will remain an integral part of India’. In the speech made by the representative of Pakistan, India was criticised over Jammu and Kashmir. Harivansh replied using the above words.

Harivansh added,

1. It is laughable that a country with abysmal track record of democracy is lecturing us. It would have been better if Pakistan did not undermine the importance of a platform like IPU by such absurd allegations and false narratives. India is the largest democracy in the world and I am fortunate that many countries consider Indian democracy as an example.

2. As regards the Union Territories of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh, they have been and will always remain an integral and inalienable part of India. No amount of rhetoric and propaganda from anyone can override this fact.

3. Pakistan should focus on stopping terrorist factories. The country holds the ignoble record of hosting one of the largest number of terrorists proscribed by the UN Security Council.

4. Pakistan should be reminded that Osama Bin Laden, the face of global terrorism, was found in Pakistan.

Editorial Perspective

Rod is the logic of fools ! This applies to Pakistan. No matter how much Pak is schooled using words, it proves to be useless. Hence, Pak should be answered in an appropriate language.
