No autopsy even after 5 days of Sikh musician’s murder in the USA

Washington (USA) – A Sikh musician named Raj Singh (Goldie) was murdered in the state of Alabama, USA. He was shot by assailants outside a gurdwara in Selma city of Washington. Singh was a native of Bijnor in Uttar Pradesh. He came to the USA a year and a half ago. According to the US media, the shooting occurred on 24th February.

Singh’s family members in Uttar Pradesh were informed about the incident on 25th February. His family member Gurdeep Singh alleged that even after 5 days of the murder, the post-mortem has not been done. The reason for the delay has not been given. Also, the identity of the assailants and the motive behind the murder is not known. The family says it could be a case of hate killing. His family has sought help from the Indian Government to bring the dead body to Uttar Pradesh.
