‘India has illegally occupied Kashmir’ : Pakistani President Dr Arif Alvi’s ridiculous claim

Pakistan President Dr Arif Alvi’s

Islamabad (Pakistan) – The Pakistani President has stated that the UN General Assembly annually adopts a resolution expressing unequivocal support for the realisation of the right to self-determination for people under foreign occupation. Regrettably, the Kashmiri people have not been able to exercise this inalienable right. In his message on the occasion of ‘Kashmir Solidarity Day’ on 5 th February, President Dr Arif Alvi said, “People of Jammu and Kashmir had been struggling to realise their right to self-determination for last 76 years.” Pakistan celebrates ‘Kashmir Ekta Diwas’ for Kashmir.

He added that Jammu and Kashmir is one of the most militarised zones in the world. The people of Kashmir are living in the shadow of fear. (The world is watching the oppression of the Baloch people by the Pakistani army for the last 76 years in Balochistan. Pakistan should look at that first ! – Editor).

Caretaker Prime Minister Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar said this was an occasion to pay rich tribute to sacrifices made by Kashmiri brothers and sisters during the last 76 years.

Editorial Perspective

Locals are protesting against Pakistan in the PoK which is illegally controlled by Pakistan and they want to come back to India. The rulers of Pakistan should understand this and then point fingers at India !
