Prime Minister Modi should use political pressure to stop Israel-Hamas war

New Delhi – Shahi Imam of Jama Masjid in Delhi, Syed Ahmed Bukhari, demanded that Prime Minister Modi should use political pressure to stop Israel-Hamas war. He also criticised Islamic countries for not living up to their responsibility of stopping the war. India had earlier voted in favour of a UN General Assembly resolution to end the war between Israel and Hamas, along with the unconditional release of all hostages.

Shahi Imam Bukhari added that Palestine’s situation has now reached the tipping point. It should be settled under the proposals of the United Nations, the Arab League and the Gulf Cooperation Council. The last hope is that Indian Prime Minister Modi should use his personal relationship with the Israeli Prime Minister and use political pressure to stop the war and resolve the Palestine conflict.

Islamic countries do not live up to their responsibilities; but scowl at India even when nothing has wrong has happened to Indian Muslims !
Hamas is the reason behind Israel-Hamas war ! Hence, Bukhari must appeal to Hamas to stop the war and release all the hostages.
