Pakistan indirectly threatens to attack Afghanistan

Taliban refuse to take action against the terrorist organisation operating in Pakistan !

Islamabad (Pakistan) – The terrorist organisation Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) is constantly carrying out terrorist attacks in Pakistan. Pakistan is suffering huge losses due to it. Pakistan also demanded the Taliban Government in Afghanistan to take action against this organisation; however, the Taliban replied that the concerned organisation is operating in Pakistan and not in Afghanistan, and asked Pakistan to take action against it instead. This has led the furious Pakistan to issue an indirect threaten to attack the Taliban. It has threatened by saying that the Taliban knows Pakistan’s capabilities.

1. In order to create pressure on the Taliban to take action against the TTP, Pakistan has ordered 17 lakh Afghan refugees to leave the country. A few lakhs of them have already returned to Afghanistan. This has created tension between the Taliban and Pakistan.

2. Pakistan had asked the Taliban to take action by providing information about the locations of TTP. The Taliban said that the TTP is an internal issue of Pakistan and has existed even before the Taliban Government came to power in Afghanistan, thus rejecting the demand for action.

3. Last year, Pakistan carried out a strike in Afghanistan and attacked some locations of TTP. The Taliban had condemned this action.

4. Since the Taliban came to power in Afghanistan in August 2021, there has been a 60% rise in terrorist attacks in Pakistan. Besides this, there has been a 500% increase in suicide attacks, Pakistan’s caretaker Prime Minister Kakar said.
