Varanasi – Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) has organised a two-day ‘Hindu Rashtra Convention’ starting from the 4th of November 2023. There will be brainstorming discussions on how to declare Bharat as a Hindu Rashtra. It was inaugurated by Vyasacharya Kishore Gautam (Convenor of Nepal’s Vishpingwa Omkar Ekata Abhiyan), Dr Kameshwar Upadhyay (National General Secretary of Akhil Bharatiya Vidwat Parishad), Swami Brahmamayanand (Bharat Sevashram Sangh), Swami Swarupanand Puri (Joint Secretary of International Vedanta Society, Assam), Sadguru (Dr) Charudatta Pingale (National Guide of HJS), and Sadguru Nilesh Singbal (Dharmapracharak of HJS) by lighting the lamp. Several devout Hindu activists from Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Delhi, Odisha, Assam and Nepal are participating in this Convention.

The programme began with the blowing of conch and recitation of Veda-mantras; followed by reading the message sent by Sachchidananda Parabrahman Dr Jayant Athavale, the inspiration behind HJS. The participating Saints then released the Hindi edition of Sanatan’s Android Panchang 2024.
