New Delhi – Once again, 57 countries’ Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), has given an anti-India statement on Jammu and Kashmir. They have called for the protection of human rights for the people of Jammu and Kashmir. They have also demanded the implementation of Article 370. It is said that Pakistan is instigating this demand by OIC, to put international pressure on India.
The Chief Secretary of OIC Hisen Brahim Taha has circulated a statement that on the 27th of October, Jammu and Kashmir was merged with India. International Organisations should take measures according to the proposal of the UN Security Council. We support the people of Jammu and Kashmir for the right to make their own decisions.
Editorial Perspective
India should slam this organisation so that it does not interfere in India’s internal affairs. What rights does this organisation have to tell India what it should do or not do ? |
